Babylicious is a Pakistani romantic, comedy family film starring Shehroz Sabzwari as Omar and Syra Yousuf as Sabiha in lead roles alongside Laila Wasti, Shehzeen Rahat, Adnan Jaffar, Sabeena Syed and Ankur Rathee in supporting roles. The direction and story writing are by Essa Khan.
The trailer starts as a love story of two people falling head over heels in love. But after all their beautiful moments together, they split up due to complications, leaving Omar wretched. But in the end, he wins her back after proving his love for Sabiha.
The chemistry between Sairoz and his ex-husband Shehroz in this film is undeniable. Despite their real-life marriage situation, they play their roles with a fair deal of interest.
Both actors mentioned in an interview that:
” We don’t find it difficult promoting Babylicious together (despite being divorced) because we co-parent our daughter”.
The movie is set to be released on 27th June.
